Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries relating to after sales service.
- Answer customer inquiries relating to the return of merchandise.
- Enter the information relative to customer inquiries into an in-house computer software program.
- Assist the order desk clerk as needed.
- Replace the receptionist as needed.
- Prepare and send product catalogues.
Requirements
Fluently bilingual
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
Working knowledge of the following computer programs: Word, Excel
Resourceful
